| Ekris Showroom by ONL |
The showroom portrays an obvious example of fixtures and fittings. the inverted effect it creates by showing off the interior structure creates a sense of security and protection. The structure suits the type of building it is as there are so many fittings and parts inside a car. The sales signs inside are all shown through traffic lights : keeping a connection with the function of the building.

| Fractal Pavilion |
Similar to Andy Goldsworthy and the variation between man made and natural products. The fractal Pavilion shows a sense of connectivity and branching out similar to tree branches. This connection also relates back to my initial model idea with components branching out of one another.
Using the research I collected, I found a link between them and my initial models. The connectivity of materials reminded me of tree branches. Trees also provide shelter and protection so this relates in well with the idea of a pavilion.

"Space: the emptiness or area between, around, above, below and contained within objects. Shapes and forms are defined by the space around them, just as spaces are defined by the shapes and forms around and within them."
