With Google Sketchup, I started to combine ideas together. My initial outcome needed more depth. Returning to paneling, I dragged walls in, others out. As my structure is located in Greenwhich park, I used a wooden filter and a glass filter so that the structure had an organic element and merged in with the environment surrounding it. The glass lets the client enjoy the scenery outside.
LAKE DISTRICT LOVE SHACK
To develop my final
model I looked into the Lake district love shack. The way the wood is directed
downwards gives off a clean and finished look, it also helps polish the
building off a lot more. There is also
some different in levels and parts of the building have been pushed back from the main wall to help achieve a
sectioned appeal.
