After putting my shell into a plastic bag I used a graphite pencil to sketch it. I have mixed opinions about this drawing as although I took my time to try and get some fine detail into it, I feel that if I had used the techniques that I learnt from my previous experiment then I would have been able to create a more expressive and interesting outcome. I took so long with fine detail that I wasn't able to finish my entire drawing which was a set back. In the future I will try to keep in mind the technique of allowing my other senses to guide me as well as my eyes and also keep a better track on time.
