Final Piece Development

At first when I made the structure it was fine but I realised I had not measured each piece of plywood properly so the construction was very obvious instead of the model flowing in a more natural and aesthetically pleasing way.

The switches at the bottom was a little more difficult. I didn't realise the difference this would cause in terms of levelling. after attaching everything to the foam board base I found my model to be uneven due to the added height of the switches. I found a piece of wood which was of a similar thickness and placed that on the opposite end of both of the switches.

The roof became too small for the model because the bottom base kept moving. I cut the perforated card into various sized pieces (keeping in mind to match the corners of the model itself) and then used wooden sticks to hide the visible joining lines of each piece of card and the glue. This added a new and more interesting effect tot eh roof, the lights have an interruption added which makes the shadows even more interesting and also it is aesthetically more pleasing, it makes the om sign stand out due to this which is a added bonus.
